Ceramic Packing Factory Supply High Quality 500Y Ceramic Corrugated Structured Packing
Ceramic corrugated packing is a new type of structured packing, composed of many packing units with identical geometric shapes. It is mainly made of acid-resistant chemical hard porcelain, using high-quality kaolin and feldspar as the main raw materials. It is produced through processes including batching, ball milling, vacuum pulping, blank forming, corrugating, shaping, and special high-temperature firing. With a corrugated shape and regularly arranged structure, it is also known as structured corrugated packing.
A left clamping frame and a right clamping frame are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the packing unit. The first corrugated packing plate and the second corrugated packing plate are installed in parallel and symmetrically, with a reinforced support frame vertically inserted between them. The first and second corrugated packing plates consist of connecting horizontal plates, clamping horizontal plates, first corrugations, second corrugations, and guiding horizontal plates. The reinforced support frame is vertically installed between a pair of vertically symmetrical guiding horizontal plates, with connecting bolts vertically installed at its upper and lower ends.
Thanks to the unique structure and excellent hydrophilicity of ceramic, a very thin liquid film with turbulence can form on its surface, and the inclined and tortuous channels can promote gas flow without blocking it. This allows ceramic packing to match the performance of metal packing, while offering superior corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance.
