Features: Zirconia content 65%, made of advanced technology, no pores and cavities, moderate density and hardness.
Application: Suitable for grinding of medium and low viscosity slurry, such as the basic grinding stage of coatings, paints and pigments.
Usage: Due to its moderate hardness and density, the grinding process can be adjusted according to the material viscosity to ensure uniform grinding and not easy to wear the equipment.
Zirconium silicate beads are a special material made of zirconium silicate (ZrSiO4), alumina and silicon dioxide, with a specific gravity of about 4.0, a bulk density of 2.4 and a Vickers hardness of up to 900. Because its zirconia content is about 65%, it is also known as 65 zirconia beads, which belong to a kind of zirconia beads.
Characteristics of zirconium silicate beads:
Uniform and dense internal structure: Manufactured by a special process, the internal structure of zirconium silicate beads is very uniform and dense, thus ensuring the quality of the grinding material is consistent.
