4A molecular sieve is able to adsorb water alkali metal alumino-silicate, NH3, H2S, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide, C2H5OH, C2H6, C2H4 and other critical diameter is not greater than 4A molecules. It is widely used for drying gases and liquids, and can also be used for the purification and purification of certain gases or liquids, such as argon.
4A molecular sieves bind calcium and magnesium ions at a slower rate than sodium tripolyphosphate, and the binding ability of magnesium ions is weaker. However, 4A molecular sieve can easily remove small amounts of harmful heavy metal ions (such as Pb2 +, Cd2 +, Hg2 +) in aqueous solutions, which is of great significance for purifying water quality.
2, the adsorption of surfactants ---- carrier function: due to the 4A molecular sieve crystal pore structure and the specific surface area of the particles is large, 4A molecular sieve adsorption performance is very strong.
For adsorption of non-ionic surfactants, 4A molecular sieve is 3 times more than NTA (secondary aminotriacetate) and sodium carbonate, and 5 times more than sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) and sodium sulfate. This property is used for agglomerative molding. It is meaningful to produce concentrated surfactants in high concentration detergents to prepare products with good washing and flow properties. Through experiments, the liquid carrying capacity of 4A molecular sieve is ≥ 30%. The addition of 4A molecular sieve in the production process of washing powder can increase the fluidity of the material and regulate the viscosity to obtain a product with good appearance and anti-caking. 3. Detergents: Through experiments, different additives are added to the same, and the detergents of the additives are changed. It is found that the detergents effect of 20% STPP, 20% molecular sieve and 4% polymer is equivalent to that of 40% STPP adding 10% sodium carbonate and 4, 5% polymer to 20% molecular sieve in non-phosphorus can obtain products with excellent detergents.
